Learn How to Use Basic and Custom Reports in Salesforce

|
We recently held a session on
creating basic and custom reports in Salesforce. The presentation is
available on Marketing Operations Toolbox under Resources.
This module is good for beginners or those who need a refresher on how to
filter, group or display reports.
The Salesforce Help section includes
an area called the Trailheads, which is a great resource for help with
custom reports and dashboards. Check out:
In addition, you can check out a few

Third-party Cookies in Salesforce
A recent browser update in Chrome disables third-party cookies by default,
which is impacting some features in Salesforce including Engage and
Profiler. Users have reported not being able to access these tools.
The CRM team have addressed this in the News section of
Salesforce (top right of home page) and have provided instructions on how to resolve
the issue.
Please contact us if you are still
having access issues with Profiler and Engage after following the actions
outlined in the instructions.

LinkedIn Message Ads:
Everything You Need to Know.
LinkedIn
Message Ads are a powerful tool for B2B marketers looking to directly
engage with their target audience. This guide
from LinkedIn provides everything you should know about Message Ads, from
their basic definition to objectives.
What are LinkedIn Message Ads?
Message
ads deliver direct messages to your prospects through LinkedIn Messaging,
encouraging action. These ads are native, meaning they’re designed to blend
seamlessly with regular LinkedIn messages. They can appear on both desktop
and mobile devices. Here’s an example of a Message Ad:

What’s the difference between
Message Ads and Conversation Ads?
Both types of
ads are forms of sponsored messaging through LinkedIn.
- Message
ads consist of a targeted
message with a single call-to-action button that drives to a landing
page.
- Conversation ads
consist of a targeted message with multiple call-to-action buttons
that can drive to a landing page, open a lead gen form, or provide
more information in follow-up messages.
You can
find more details on the differences between message and conversations ads
by visiting this on-line
page.
Are there any restrictions on
Message Ads that I should be aware of?
In October,
LinkedIn started supporting European Union (EU) targeting for sponsored
messaging conversations and message ad campaigns. Only EU members who
agreed to receive sponsored messaging ads in their LinkedIn inbox will
experience this change.
If you are
interested in exploring message advertisements, please contact Sandeep Kamboj or complete our paid
intake form with required details and someone from the team will
contact you.
